·         To contact you to arrange a visit to your property in order to view your windows and doors.

·         Send you an estimate.

How long we keep your information

 

Following receipt of our estimate, if you decide you would like Heritage Window Restorations to proceed with the work, we will keep your data in line with our warranty policy.

 

If you do not wish for Heritage Window Restorations to proceed with the work, we will keep your information for twelve months for in the event that you change your mind, after which they will be securely destroyed.

 

Sharing your personal data with third parties

 

By third parties, we mean organisations that are not Heritage Window Restorations. We will not share your data with any third party other than for the fulfilment of our estimate; and will only share the minimum required for the purpose of the data processing. You will be informed of any such third party in our estimate.

 

How we advertise

 

Heritage Window Restorations has a Facebook page for the purpose of advertising our services. We do not collect any personal data from Facebook profiles.

 

On completion of our work, we like to take photos and upload them to our website and social media accounts (Facebook/ Instagram) in order to help advertise our services. If you would prefer that we do not take photos of your property, please let Mark Horne know.
